Our Story
We started as a group of backyard pitmasters who kept running into the same problems: overcooked briskets, missed wrapping windows, and the constant anxiety of leaving a 14-hour cook unattended. Existing thermometers gave you a number but no guidance. We wanted something smarter.
So we built PitPilot — a wireless probe paired with an app that doesn't just read temperature, but understands what stage your cook is in and tells you exactly what to do next. Wrap now.
